Odoo exists in two principal editions: Community (open-source) and Enterprise (commercial). The Enterprise edition includes additional modules and features distributed under commercial licensing terms. Attempting to download the Enterprise source code outside authorized channels can violate copyright and license terms, expose individuals or organizations to legal action, and undermine vendor relationships.
