Feral Interactive has done a stellar job. The game runs at a locked 30 frames per second (FPS) in both docked and handheld modes. While 60 FPS would have been ideal for a twin-stick shooter, the 30 FPS cap is stable. There is minimal screen tearing during explosion-heavy scenes.
