Like many hardware vendors, IDnow avoids using the letter 'O' and the number '0' interchangeably. However, their font can be ambiguous.
Once the IDnow serial number is installed, you are not done. You must configure the environment (Production vs. Sandbox).
If you search for an "IDnow serial number install" and cannot find a sticker, you likely have a software token or a cloud license . Do not look for a physical number if you are using the pure web SDK.
