Regback Copy Not Working ((new))

When you attempt a traditional "copy and paste" of the RegBack folder while the operating system is running, Windows cannot access the locked, in-use Registry files. This results in the dreaded error: "Cannot copy file: It is being used by another person or program." regback copy not working
