This model is part of Epson’s newer “Heritage” line. Unlike older EcoTanks (L110, L310, etc.), the L6270 does not use a physical waste ink pad that needs changing. Instead, it uses a Maintenance Box (C9345) . The "reset" process involves replacing this box and resetting the counter via the screen.
