Look for a gear icon (Settings) in the corner of the app. There is usually a dropdown menu to switch the interface to English.
If the software says "Device Disconnected," try plugging the mouse into a USB 2.0 port instead of 3.0, or try a port directly on the motherboard (the back of the PC) rather than the front panel. r8 mouse software install
