If you have tried everything above and the wheel is still spinning, you have two remaining options.
Locate your user ID folder and find folder (the ID for Watch Dogs 2). Delete the contents of this folder.
If a profile was partially written during a previous crash or sync interruption, the asset becomes unreadable.
